    刘爱民教授(博士生导师)是大连理工大学太阳能电池研究所所长,大连市太阳能电池研发中心公共技术创新平台与公共测试分析平台主任;曾在以色列特拉维夫大学、日本北海道大学及新西兰坎特伯雷大学留学、工作多年。主要研究方向为光伏材料与器件的制备与表征。

    人物经历

    1986.9-1990.7:兰州大学物理系学习,获学士学位。

    1990.9-1993.7:兰州大学物理系学习,凝聚态专业硕士学位。化学气相沉积技术制备金刚石薄膜。

    1993.9-1997.1:中国科学院半导体研究所,半导体材料与器件专业工学博士学位。GaAs/GaSb高效叠层太阳能电池的制备与分析。

    1997.1-1999.1:以色列特拉维夫大学电子工程系,博士后。光伏材料与器件中的载流子复合动力学研究。

    1999.3-2000.3:日本北海道大学量子界面研究中心工作,从事半导体表面与界面的表征工作。

    2000.3-2002.4:新西兰坎特伯雷大学工作,从事半导体材料的制备与光电表征工作。

    2002.4-现在,大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院工作,任职教授。

    大连理工大学 太阳能电池研究所 所长。

    大连市太阳电池公共技术创新平台与公共测试分析平台 主任。

    研究领域

    主要研究方向:

    光伏材料与器件的制备与表征。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国人员研究基金、辽宁省自然科学基金、国防重大基金、科技部863重大项目(黑硅太阳电池技术,项目编号:20 11AA050516)、企业重大技术攻关,大连市太阳电池公共平台,大连理工-锦州太阳能电池研发中心建设等课题。

    主要研究领域:

    (1)黑硅太阳电池技术;(2)高效率n型硅电池技术;(3)太阳电池设计与仿真;(4)GaSb热光伏电池与系统;(5)光伏材料与器件的表征与分析。

    高效率n型硅太阳电池技术,太阳电池设计与仿真。

    2. 研究生培养目标:

    通过研究生阶段的学习和训练,掌握太阳电池的前沿技术,以及独立研发高效率新型太阳电池的本领,成为光伏产业技术进步的生力军。
