袁双龙，博士，华东理工大学材料学院助理研究员。1982年生，2001年毕业于重庆大学化学化工学院，获工学学士学位。同年考入华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院攻读硕士学位，2004年3月毕业，获得工学硕士学位并留校材料科学与工程学院从事科研与教学工作至今。2007年3月攻读华东理工大学博士，同时获得华东理工大学与法国雷恩一大合作培养博士生资格和法国驻华使馆科技合作处奖学金并于2007年7月至2009年7月赴法国雷恩一大进行该项目的合作研究。从事“白光LED用新型荧光粉的制备及性能”研究。2011年分别获得华东l理工大学工学博士学位和法国雷恩一大（universite de rennes1)理学博士学位。主要研究方向为发光材料（尤其是稀土发光材料）、功能粉体材料，功能薄膜。负责上海市自然科学基金一项，作为主要研究人员参与并完成国家自然科学基金项目、上海市科委光科技专项和上海市科委国际合作项目各1项，国际合作和企业合作项目多项，在国内外期刊发表论文十余篇，申请中国发明专利2项。
